GMFS’s Down Payment FHA 2nd Lien Program has been successful at allowing you to put more borrowers in homes since our launch earlier this quarter.

In preparation for some future enhancements to the program we are making some small modifications to the name and updating some of the tools for users!

We are excited to introduce our new Down Payment Advantage Product Line.

Optimal Blue will have a new name for the program as well:

• FHA 30yr & NHF DPA – 10yr 2nd will now be – DPA – FHA 30yr/Amort 2nd
• FHA 30yr & NHF Forgivable 2nd will now be – DPA – FHA 30yr/Forgivable 2nd
