You no longer need to complete the paper form of the TRID Closing Fee Sheet to request CD/Closing. An electronic form is now available within the loan in the GMFS Client Portal. Clients must have a conditional approval prior to submitting a request for a CD to be issued (Construction loans require Construction Lender Approval).
