USDA Rural Development Increases 2026 Income Limits

USDA Rural Development has published its updated 2026 income limits for the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program. The new limits took effect immediately and are now the applicable eligibility thresholds for guaranteed loan applications.

What Changed

On July 13, 2026, Rural Development published the updated 2026 income limits through a Procedure Notice (PN). The new limits are now in effect for all guaranteed loan applications.
