GMFS is excited to offer the ability to do NonStandard Loan Terms on most of our Conventional Loan Programs.

• When you are searching for your loan you will just need to enter the term in months.
• Optimal Blue will select the correct product for the lock and you will see on the NSLT displayed on the results page. This non-standard term in months will also be passed to our Encompass system
• After you lock your loan your amortization Term will be clearly displayed on the loan summary screen in TPO Connect.
