Great news, GMFS is offering new Low Loan Balance Price Enhancements on Conventional Standard Agency 25 and 30 Fixed Rate Products!

Beginning Monday March 24th, you will see these new adjustments on your new locks. Adjustments are determined based off the total loan amount and the interest rate being offered.  They will be reflected in the base price in Optimal Blue when pricing the loan as well as in the details of your lock.

Bonus amount does vary and may apply on certain rates when the loan balance is $300,000 or less. Only applies to Standard Conventional 30/25yr programs. Does not include HomeReady/HomeStyle/HomePossible or Investment Properties.

Rate sheets will reflect the current bonus on page 5.
