Hurricane Francine – FEMA Disaster End Date + Affected Parishes
9/25/24 Update:
FEMA has added Jefferson Parish to the list of designated counties impacted by Hurricane Francine. The established end date is September 12,2024.

Effective Today, September 17, 2024
- Disaster Inspection Recertifications (DIRs)/Affidavits, including pictures, will now be required for only the eight (8) parishes listed below.
- These requirements will be updated as FEMA adds additional parishes.
- For loans closed in any subsequent FEMA added parishes, DIRs may be needed in our post-closing area
- Closing affidavits will continue to be executed statewide in Louisiana and Mississippi until further notice.
