GMFS has a mandatory company function for all employees on the afternoon of Friday, March 28th in which our Lock Desk and Closing Department will be closed early.  Please note the schedule below so that your loans are not affected. Thank you for your cooperation!

Closing Disclosures: 

• CD’s needing to go out on Friday, March 28th must be into the CD Desk no later than 12pm CST on Thursday, March 27th
• CD’s needing to go out on Monday, March 31st, must be into the CD Desk no later than 12pm CST on Friday, March 28th

Closing Packages: 

• Loan must be into closing no later than 12pm CST Thursday March 27th to go out on Friday, March 28th
• No purchase money closing should be scheduled after 1pm CST Friday, March 28th as we will not be staffed after this time
• Closing Package requests for Monday, March 31st will need to be submitted to closing no later than 10AM Friday, March 28th Closings for Monday, March 31st should be scheduled for late afternoon to approve funding

Disclosure Desk:

• Requests for disclosures must be into the Disclosure Desk before 12pm CST on Friday, March 28th
• Disclosure Desk will NOT be staffed after 12pm CST on March 28th

Lock Desk 

• GMFS Lock Desk will remain open Friday, March 28th with locks and extensions available as normal
• However, the Lock Desk will NOT be staffed after 12pm CST on March 28th
