Reminder: New Conventional Appraisal Ordering Process Thru TPO Connect

GMFS requires all brokered Conventional appraisals to be ordered through our GMFS TPO Connect system instead of ordering appraisals through a GMFS approved Appraisal Management Company (AMC).

This new user-friendly feature will allow you to place appraisal orders directly in the portal without having to log in to an external platform. TPO Connect will automatically map the loan file data to the appraisal order, eliminating the need for manual input of property or borrower information.

Correspondent Clients that broker Conventional OTC and Expanded criteria loans must also order appraisals through the TPO Connect Portal for those products.

GMFS will allow other loan types, with the exception of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans, to have appraisals ordered through our TPO Connect system as well if desired.
