FHA Loan Limit Increases for 2024 – $498,257

Great news! In most areas of the country, FHA will increase its loan limit ceiling from  $472,030 to $498,257 

New loan limits may be used with applications immediately, however: FHA Loans must wait until after January 1, 2024 to issue a FHA Case Number 

• It is recommended not to lock until after January 1st, you can register the loan and get a pricing indication in OB
• Please wait to lock after you get a clear CAVIRS post January 1st required date.
• GMFS will not accept an locks/loan that have the case number assigned prior to Jan 1
• You must toggle the FHA Case # Assignment Date to get rates/price
