GUS ACCEPT FILES
- No minimum trade lines are required
- Authorized user accounts do not need to be removed and do not affect Accept decision
GUST REFER FILES
- Two satisfactory trade lines reporting on the credit report that are open or were open for 12 months.
- If two trade lines are not reporting on report then three non=traditional credit references are required.
- A recent 12 consecutive months of rental history will count as two non-traditional references. Private VOR’s are acceptable. Renting from family requires last 12 canceled checks (VOR and one non-traditional or trade on credit will validate the score).
Only one borrower who contributes income and/or assets is required to have the minimum tradelines. Assets is required to have the minimum tradelines.
