Fannie and Freddie have made changes to their Standard Loan program and you will no longer be able to lock under the standard loan program.    We have created these unique programs for you to lock Investment programs in Optimal Blue.   As an OB user, you will not have to enter anything differently in the system, you will just notice that these new programs will be the only programs that are eligible when you select an Investment Property.

Effective, 4/15/21, all Freddie and Fannie Investment Loans need to be locked under their new specified programs:

• Fannie Mae Investment 30 Yr
• Freddie Investment 30yr
• Fannie Mae Investment 15 YR
• Freddie Investment 15 yr

You will no longer be able to lock an investment property under Standard Fannie or Freddie programs.
