In order to qualify as an existing GMFS Customer, borrower must have an active mortgage with GMFS. To receive lender credit existing mortgage must have matured past 6 payment dates. Valid for principal residence only.
IMPORTANT: To receive credit, you must enter information below into Optimal Blue.
- GMFS Custom Program: Existing GMFS Customer
- SLS Loan number
You MUST select Existing GMFS Customer in the GMFS Custom Program field and include the EXISTING SLS loan number.
