Announcement: Grant Programs Discontinued

Fannie and Freddie Grant Programs 50% AMI (FTHB)

When the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac First Time Homebuyer Grant programs for 2025 this was indicated they would be available through the end of the year.

At this time FHFA and the agencies have not announced an extension for 2026.

This means all loans locked under these grant programs must close and fund by December 31, 2025.
No new locks under these programs will be accepted after November 19, 2025.

Programs affected include:

• HomePossible with Grant
• HomeReady with Grant

If these programs are extended, we will provide an updated announcement as soon as possible.
