Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD)
The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) is a component of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program® (UMDP®), jointly established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under the direction of our regulator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, to provide common requirements for appraisal and loan delivery data.
Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP)
The Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) is a single portal through which lenders electronically submit appraisal reports for conventional mortgages delivered to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Through UCDP, lenders can upload appraisal data and view edits and submission details.
